It has ferroelectric properties at temperatures below 120 °C. It has stable hysteresis properties and can be used to manufacture nonlinear components, dielectric amplifiers, memory components of electronic computers, and the like. Because of its large dielectric constant, it can be used to manufacture miniature capacitors with small size and large capacitance. It has remarkable piezoelectric properties and can be used to manufacture component materials such as ultrasonic generators.
